Extra blood orange jelly

The variety of red oranges used was chosen not only for its intense scents and flavors but also because of our commitment to preserving the biodiversity of our territory. Indeed, this variety has recently experienced a significant decline.

The orange blossom is an incredible sight, with its white, highly fragrant, and abundant flowers. When it appears, starting in February/March, walking past the many orange trees, you’re enveloped in an unmistakable, intoxicating fragrance.
USAGE TIPS
Excellent paired with goat cheese, Gorgonzola, and semi-aged Pecorino.
