Mandarin AND dark chocolate marmalade

With this jam, we wanted to offer a classic combination from Sicilian cuisine (orange and chocolate), but with an original twist.

We selected the most aromatic late-season mandarins and added dark chocolate, which enhances their subtle aromas while bringing a touch of sweetness. The result is a delicious jam, perfect for those with a sweet tooth.

USAGE TIPS

To be spread on bread or rusks, it’s also perfect in baking to fill cakes or shortcrust pastry biscuits, or paired with ricotta.
