extra blood orange jelly

This jelly is made with vermilion blood oranges, very aromatic and fragrant. Upon opening each jar, the aromas fill the entire room, transporting us straight to Sicily.

The variety of blood oranges used was chosen not only for its intense fragrances and aromas, but also for the attention we dedicate to safeguarding the biodiversity of our territory. In fact, this variety has recently undergone a significant decline.

The flowering of the orange tree is an extraordinary spectacle, with its white blossoms, very fragrant and abundant. When they appear, starting from February/March, passing by the many orange trees you are enveloped by an inimitable and intoxicating fragrance.

Paired with goat cheeses, gorgonzola and semi-aged pecorino.

Also perfect for garnishing plain yogurt, puddings, spoon desserts and ice cream.
