We prepare this bright red marmalade from a particular variety of blood orange, fragrant and aromatic.

The oranges are cut by hand and transformed into marmalade at low temperature, allowing the slices to remain intact and to fully release their flavors and aromas. The slices are then arranged one by one in the jar, offering a result that is as delicious on the palate as it is pleasing to the eye.
