We are a small family-run farm located in a small corner of paradise in the Sicilian hinterland, between the Etna volcano and the Nebrodi Park nature reserve.

For generations we have practiced natural agriculture and have been attentive to the protection of biodiversity. We produce IGP extra virgin olive oil from centuries-old olive trees, as well as delicious sweet and savory preserves made from the fruits of ancient tree varieties that are at risk of extinction, which we preserve with passion, along with wild herbs. We also produce other local specialties, such as almonds and syrups.
In 2013 we decided to open a small laboratory where we transform the products of the farm and of the surrounding area, combining savoir-faire and creativity. Here we combine traditional recipes and flavors with a taste for research and innovation, with the aim of offering products of excellence.
All our productions are powered by solar energy, thus contributing to the protection of the environment.
We are a laboratory of agri-food culture: we search for the ancient flavors of our tradition and bring them back to life in our jars… In each of our jars you will find not only the aromas and flavors of our land, but also a bit of Sicilian culture and the love for our island.
Our productions are limited to what our territory offers and to seasonality. When a product runs out, you will have to wait for the next harvest!
We let nature cultivate our products. We simply harvest them and transform them into delicious preserves.
what we do...
Fruits and wild herbs are processed immediately after harvest, favoring manual work and minimizing mechanization, in order to preserve their nutritional and organoleptic properties as much as possible. For each product we carefully select all the ingredients, so that our preparations are entirely organic.
In our processing there is no trace of preservatives, colorings or additives.
We love our land, which is why we pay particular attention to the protection and respect of the environment: in addition to practicing natural agriculture and preserving biodiversity and ancient fruit varieties, all our production is powered by solar energy.
